We provide medication management which involves prescribing and monitoring of psychotropics to help our patient to alleviate symptoms of mental health disorders. We prescribe a wide range of psychotropics which includes but not limited to mood stabilizers, antidepressants, anxiolytics, and antipsychotics. We also provide regular follow-ups for our patients to determine if the medication is prescribed to them offer the desired results or not. If it is the latter, we prescribe them with another medication that can work better. Follow-ups also help us check if a patient is adhering to their medications as advised.
